What is CSB’s return policy?Updated 16 hours ago

You can return your items within 30 days of delivery if they meet our return requirements listed below:


Return Portals

Please note: Returns cannot be processed through the CSB app.

Return Requirements

  • Unworn, unwashed, original packaging & tags attached
  • No stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
  • Not a final sale item
  • No returns on underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware
  • The hygiene Label is attached and not damaged
  • CSB reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will be recovered.

Please note: Customers must upload photo evidence within the CSB Return Portal when submitting a return request for swimwear or faulty items. A maximum of 6 images (5MB each) is allowed.


Refunds

  • First-time customers: Refunds to the original payment method (return fee applies).
  • Returning customers: No refunds unless the item is faulty and approved by CSB.
  • Change-of-mind and size refunds are not covered under ACCC regulations.


Store Credit & Exchanges

  • All orders (excluding final sale) are eligible for store credit (valid for 3 years).
  • One-time size exchanges available; returning an exchange = store credit only.
  • Shop Now Exchange Bonus: Bonus credit must be used immediately (not transferable).
  • Exchanges are stock-dependent and only processed once your return is in transit. Stock cannot be held or guaranteed for exchanges.


Return Labels & Process

  • Free return labels are available for store credit & exchanges in select locations.
  • Return shipping is required if a label is not provided.
  • All returns must be processed via the portal—tracking number required.
  • Each return must have a separate label (no merging multiple RMAs).

Please note: All returns must be processed via our return portals above. We cannot be held liable for any returns that are not processed through this portal. We are not required to process any returns unless we have sufficient shipping evidence such as a tracking number. CSB cannot be held liable for incorrect items sent in returns. If items are missing from your return, charges will apply. US customers are not eligible for exchanges or Shop now exchanges.


Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their consumer rights under relevant Australian legislation.
