My return has been delivered but I haven’t received my refund/exchange store credit?Updated a day ago

Store credits and exchanges are processed once your return has been scanned as delivered by the courier.

If you're expecting a store credit, please check your junk/spam folder in case the email has landed there. If you still can't find it, please email our team at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

For exchanges, once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days. If you haven’t received a tracking link, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure the email address you provided for the return is correct.
