I didn’t follow the CSB returns process, what should I do?Updated a day ago

Returns that are not processed through our Returns Portal are your responsibility and cannot be guaranteed to be processed correctly without the necessary information. If you have already sent your return using a different return label than the one provided through the portal, please email our team with the tracking number so we can investigate.

Please note that we cannot provide an exchange or store credit until the returned parcel has been reviewed by our team at the warehouse. This review can take up to 10 business days after the parcel is delivered. To ensure a quicker return process, we highly recommend using the return label provided through the portal.

In most cases, you will be offered a free return label or a return label at a reduced rate if processed
