How long until my return is processed?Updated a day ago

Our returns process is automated, and your return is processed as soon as your return tracking label is scanned by the courier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you have lodged your return at the post office.

Exchanges

• Your exchange order will only be created once your return is scanned in transit.
• To ensure your exchange item doesn’t sell out, we highly recommend getting your return sent off as quickly as possible.

Store Credit

• Your store credit will be emailed to you as soon as the return tracking is scanned in transit.
• Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for an email titled "CSB Gift Card."

Refunds for First-Time Customers

• Refunds will be processed automatically once your return tracking is scanned in transit.
• The funds will be refunded to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to clear.

Important Note

• If any returned items do not meet our return requirements (e.g., unfit condition), we may charge your original payment method accordingly.
