What is your return policy for swimwear?Updated a day ago

We offer the option to return unworn swim items within 30 days of your delivery date. You can choose between a one-time exchange or store credit. If this is your first order with CSB, you are eligible for a refund, subject to a return fee.

All swimwear must be returned in brand new, original condition, with tags and the hygiene sticker intact. The item must also be returned in its original garment bag, with no signs of wear or tampering of the hygiene sticker.

For pre-approval, you’ll be asked to submit a photo of the swimwear bottoms showing the hygiene sticker. If your return is approved, we will issue a return label within 24 business hours. For regions where return labels are not available, we’ll provide the return address.

If there are visible signs of wear or tampering of the hygiene sticker, the return will be rejected, and you will be notified via email.
