How do I return my exchange order?Updated a day ago

All customers are eligible to return their exchange order within 30 days of delivery. To return your exchange order:

1. Visit our returns portal and use your new exchange order number to initiate the return.

   • Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific & Israel: Return Portal
   • International (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and the rest of the world): Return Portal

2. Please note that only store credit will be processed for second-time returns. Exchanges or refunds are not available for these returns.
