How do I exchange my CSB items for a different colour or style?Updated a day ago

All customers* are eligible to return their unworn CSB items for a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery. Follow the steps below to exchange your items:

1. Log your return via the appropriate return portal:

   • Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific & Israel: Return Portal
   • International (Canada, UK, Europe, and the rest of the world): Return Portal

2. Select the items you are returning and the reason for the return. Click "Next."

3. Choose the outcome "EXCHANGE FOR OTHER RETURN OPTIONS."

4. The SHOP NOW tab will appear—click the black button on the right side. You'll receive a bonus credit for your exchange.

   Note: This bonus must be used during the "Shop Now" process. Any unused credit will be forfeited, and promotions cannot be applied.

5. Shop your exchange items on the website. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.

6. At the final checkout page, your return items will be listed with your exchange items. Return credits will be applied to your order, and if there's a price difference, you’ll be required to pay the balance. Any remaining credit will be issued as store credit (minus the bonus amount).

7. Once you complete your order, you’ll receive a free return label for your exchange items.

Important Notes

• The exchange will be processed once your return item is scanned by the courier.
• Our portal allows exchanges for up to 10 items at a time.
• If additional payment is required, only debit or credit cards can be used
