Can I make multiple returns for one order?Updated a day ago

As per our return policy, we only allow 1 return per order to be booked via our portal.

If you wish to select 2 return outcomes, such as an exchange and store credit, in the same return, you must proceed with our Shop Now option.

When you reach the outcomes page of your return, select "EXCHANGE FOR OTHER RETURN OPTIONS" and proceed with the SHOP NOW process.

You will then be directed to our site where you can shop for the required exchange item. After proceeding to checkout, you will receive confirmation of your exchange and store credit balance.
