My rewards points disappeared, how can I retrieve it?Updated a day ago
If you notice that your rewards code is missing, don’t worry—you can still access it through your account. Here’s how:
- Log into your CSB account via our website or app.
- Go to My Account.
- Select My Rewards.
- Click on the Rewards History button, where you can view your recent redemptions.
If you're trying to use an unclaimed code but receive the message “discount does not apply to the items in your cart,” it’s possible that the code has already been used on a previous order. Refresh your app or account to clear out any old codes, and you should be good to go!
