I ordered via ShopApp and it says my order is still "Ready to ship"?Updated a day ago

If your ShopApp isn't showing your order as "Shipped," it’s likely because the order is still being processed or dispatched. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. If it's been longer than that and your status still shows "Ready to Ship," here’s what you can do:

  1. Click on the tracking link at the top of your order, which should give you the most up-to-date shipment status.

  2. Check your inbox for the CSB shipping confirmation email, which will also contain your tracking number. Alternatively, you can log into your CSB account and check your order history.
