How do I check and redeem my CSB rewards points on the app?Updated a day ago

To access your points in the CSB app, ensure you are logged into your account.

1. Tap the "My Account" icon on the bottom menu.
2. Select "My Rewards" to view your current level, points balance, and available rewards.
3. You can redeem points from this screen, but we recommend applying them at checkout for a smoother experience.

Redeeming Points at Checkout

1. Add all desired items to your cart.
2. Navigate to the cart page.
3. In the top right corner, tap the star rewards icon to view your points balance and select a reward to apply to your cart.

Important Notes

• Loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
• A minimum spend of $79 is required to redeem rewards.
• If you’ve redeemed points for a coupon code and cannot locate it, contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We can provide your code or refund the points to your account.
