How can I leave a review on my CSB products?Updated 2 days ago
We offer our community the opportunity to leave reviews on all items purchased from our site. While you can leave a review directly on the product page, to earn loyalty points for your reviews, please follow the process outlined below:
Place Your Order: Ensure you are logged into your CSB rewards account when placing your order.
Review Request: Around 14-21 days after your purchase, you will receive a review request email for the items in your order. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email. Please note, if you’ve previously unsubscribed from our marketing emails, you will not receive the review request.
Leave Your Review: You can leave your review directly through the email request. For every written review, you will earn 100 points. You can earn an additional 50 points for attaching a photo and 100 points for attaching a video to your review.
Please Note:
- Only relevant photos and videos related to the review item will be accepted. Unrelated media will be rejected, and points will not be awarded.
- You can attach up to 3 media files per review, and you are limited to earning points for up to 30 item reviews per month.
- Points will be applied once the review is approved. This can take up to 72 business hours.
