Do I get a birthday reward?Updated a day ago

If you have a CSB Loyalty Account, you can receive a birthday reward based on your Level! To add your birthday to your account:

1. Log in to your CSB Rewards account here. 
2. Under "Ways to Earn Points," hover over the "Birthday Rewards" box.
3. You'll see an option to add your birthday. Make sure to enter it at least 30 days in advance.

Rewardable Points by Level:

• Level 1: 10% off
• Level 2: 15% off
• Level 3: 20% off
• Level 4: $50 discount code

Minimum spend applies:

• APAC: $99 AUD
• ROW: $79 USD

Note: Birthdates can only be entered once and cannot be changed.

Not receiving your birthday reward?

• Allow up to 24 hours after your birthday for your discount code to be applied to your account.
• Check if your birthday is entered correctly in the format MM/DD/YYYY.
• Your birthday code will also be emailed to you.
