Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?Updated a day ago

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we're unable to change the delivery address. However, if your parcel is still early in the delivery process, you may be able to redirect it.

Here’s how to manage your delivery if it’s already in transit:

  • Australia Post: Follow the redirect link provided in your tracking details.
  • DHL: Contact DHL directly using the contact information in your tracking link.
  • OMNI/SEKO: Reach out to them directly and also notify us by emailing [email protected].

If the order was sent to an old or incorrect address and has already been delivered, we recommend contacting the current occupants of that address to see if they can ship the parcel to you or return it to the sender.

If your parcel is returned to our warehouse, we’ll contact you to offer a resend to the correct address or issue a credit.

Please note, if the parcel is delivered to the incorrect address and you are unable to retrieve it, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss.

We encourage you to keep your CSB account and payment details, including PayPal and Afterpay, up to date with your current shipping address to avoid any future issues.
